How do I use the dish sterilizer?

Directions for using the sterilizer (including turning it on, draining it, and turning it off) are on a laminated page on the counter above the dishwasher.  Remember to wash the dishes in the sink using soap.  The sterilizer does NOT wash – just sterilizes.

I smell gas.

Turn off all the gas using lever on wall to right of stove.  Tell Carol in the office.

The gas is off. How do I turn it on?

When you turn on the gas using the lever on the wall, you must light ALL FIVE stove pilot lights immediately.  The oven pilots have safety pilots and don't need to be lit if you only need the stove.

We’ve run out of . . .  Whom do I tell?

On the kitchen counter is a supply order form.  Fill it out and turn in at the church office.

Who washes the cloth tablecloths and dish towels?

You do.

Who washes the cloth napkins?

Jane Smith.  Put them in the flowered pillowcase provided in the storage box, leave on kitchen counter, call Jane to let her know they are waiting for her.
